Pasta for Posies Spaghetti Supper

Join us for the 6th Annual Pasta for Posies Spaghetti Supper on March 7, 2012 from 5 to 8 p.m. The event will be held at Riverview Banquets located at 1117 N. Washington (Route 25) in Batavia.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children (under 10) when purchased in advance. Tickets will be $12 for adults and $6 for children at the door.

Winter Fundraiser

Bundles of Firewood

The Geneva Beautification Committee is selling firewood by the bundle or by the face cord. The firewood sale is a fund raiser to benefit the gardening work that the group performs in the downtown Geneva gardens.

Convenient Bundle Pickups - at Geneva City Hall parking lot

Bundles of mixed firewood will be available for purchase at the Geneva City Hall parking lot by the utilities bill payment box (between City Hall and Geneva Library) beginning October 1. Bundles cost $5.00. Pick up a bundle so you'll be ready to snuggle in for a wonderful evening at home. Firewood bundles will be available through early spring. Envelopes will be provided for the purchaser to drop their payment into the Utility Drop Box at this location.

Firewood Face Cords

If you'd like to be set for the winter, a face cord of firewood could be delivered to your home beginning October 1. For home delivery of a face cord (8' L x 4' H x 18” D) of mixed firewood, the cost is $90 plus a $30 delivery fee. The wood can be stacked for you for an additional $20. Face cord orders can be placed by calling Jim Gehring at 630-208-9453.

Geneva Beautification Cookbook!

Just in time for the upcoming holidays, the Geneva Beautification Committee is kicking off a cookbook fundraiser. Volunteers and friends of Geneva Beautification have compiled 250 of their favorite recipes into a colorful collection that will add sparkle to your holiday menu or would be perfect for gift giving or as a hostess gift. The cookbooks are only $10 each and the proceeds will help purchase flowers and plant materials for the downtown Geneva gardens. For more information please click here.
